Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It has cooled off a bit. It was in the low 60's when I departed. I wore the standard summer kit with a thick base layer, arm covers and a head cap. Winds were from the North West. Partly cloudy skies. The legs felt pretty good to start. My body took time to adjust to the colder weather. I stopped about half a mile into OTR to put my head cap. From that point on, I was comfortable. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I had matches to burn when I reached the top. The Arosa climb went quick. The landmarks passed by before my patience wore thin. I was near max going over the top. I zipped around the backside and had fun on the descent. From there, I headed to the top of Banducci. I made it there in good average time. I took a few moments to recover and let traffic by. Shortly after, I headed back down the mountain. It was mostly safe with minimal traffic from behind. The descent off the Banducci Wall was also safe. The wind was slightly turbulent, but mostly a headwind. I feathered the brakes very gently to keep things under control. After making it to the base, I decided to do the Buffalo Run. I headed up Highline and then around the Buffalo neighborhood. I hopped back on Highline and made my way to OTR. The descent off OTR was enjoyable. The cool weather was somewhat refershing. I pushed over Mariposa and then to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about and the time went quick. My patience was in check. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Just some mild hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal and a few grapes for breakfast. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. I'm going to re-torque the seat post to see if that helps the continuing mystery clicks. Other notes, no cyclists today.
