Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a bit chillier, but not so much. About 58-ish degrees, perhaps more. Winds from the North West. I wore double arms, knees, head cap, and two base layers. In hindsight, I should have put a newspaper in my jersey, that and perhaps my face mask around my neck. Suffice it to say, I was comfortable most of the time. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. I made my way to the top of Highline and zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood. I hopped back onto Highline and then to OTR for the descent. I pushed over Mariposa and made my way up the Weston dig where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone. The morale was good going into the ride. No gremlins worth mentioning. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal. I had slight back pains when I started, but it has since gotten better. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, a banana and some grapes for breakfast. I drank less than half my sport drink, no water. Other notes, I saw one cyclist.
