Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather continues to be fantastic for this time of the year. I am tending to some saddle soreness, hence the quick ride. It's in the low 60's, winds from the South East. The legs felt good to start. I was doing high tempo most of the way. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. (The fastest in a while). The descent was fun. I pushed over Mariposa and the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone and I had a few things to think about. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal, other than the saddle soreness. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, half a banana, and some grapes for breakfast. Then, the other half of the banana and some more grapes before departing. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw a familiar recombent cyclist.
