Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather is in the 80's. Winds from the North West. I decided to ride to Keene n Back. My thoughts were to go there unless the wind had changed from a head to tail wind. Concentration was the lesser of things today. I've been experiencing some side pains. So, I've been having to adjust my diet, sleeping habbits, and take breaks if necessary. The ride was a success in the sense that I accomplished it and my body responded well. I have an appointment at 3pm today. I decided to get out a bit early, so I have some extra time now. After making it back, I decided to put in a quick loop around Country Club. Ailments were mostly hand numbness. Balance and form was good. I have to purchase a new Walkman as the one I'm using has stopped working. Other notes, there were a few people at the loop monument.
