Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was planning on going to WS, but decided to go elsewhere. It was a bit windy today. I went to Alpine Forest then Tour de Teh (R). The legs felt pretty good from the start. I wasn't paying too much attention to time going through OTR, but probably made it in good average time. I didn't want to push it too much today. The legs felt responsive going up Banducci, close to max over the top. I went up Alps. I had a slight cross-tail wind. I was doing no less than moderate tempo, increasing as the climb progressed. I made my way around the backside of the Alpine Forest and then to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest, let traffic by, and then headed downhill. I was a bit cautious today, the wind was a bit turbulent. I reached the base and headed into the valley floor. I made the right turn onto Pellisier and then headed back through the farmlands. Mostly tail or cross-tail winds at that point. It went quick. I forgot to check my time at Boss Hogs. Looks close to 1:11 hrs by the Ridewithgps map. I got to the last climb. I tried to keep my momentum going. The legs felt sufficiently responsive, and was able to hold a good tempo. No real digs over the top, just keeping the power down. I pulled over at the summit to swap out batteries on the GoPro and headed to Route 202. A bit of traffic mitigation and mostly fun and games from OTR and back. Concentration was good for the most part. I tried to stay active and not allow my mind to wander too much. I'd say it was an average day. Ailments, some right hand numbness. I had to shake it off a few times. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists today.
