Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be unusual. Today turned out to be the perfect day for a ride. Although the winds were from the south. My legs felt good for the majority of the ride. I was sufficiently warmed up within 10 minutes. I did steady tempo up Banducci and pushed it just a bit over the top. My body was responding well through the entire climb. The downhill was a lot of fun. I reached 40+ easily, while in a tuck. I reached Pelliser in no time. I decided to skip the SS loop due to the wind conditions and time constraint. I was able to hold about 17-18mph constantly going north on the farmlands. Going east proved to be a greater effort given the near perfect headwind. I did steady tempo on the eastbound streets, including the CVR climb. I pushed it over the top of CVR and that was the last one. After that, it was all steady tempo. Concentration was not the greatest. I couldn't hold it in the zone for more than a few minutes at a time. I was feeling real uncomfortable at times. Fortunately, my body felt good. Ailments were none. Balance was fairly good. Gear is working well. Other notes, the charity app worked well today. I did have to stop 3 time and it appears to have missed about 3 miles, which is not bad. I stopped at the top of the CVR climb to take some photos of the cows in the field, including a panorama.
