Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Fantastic Spring weather. In the low 60's. Winds from the North West. I wore arms, knees, and a thick base layer. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The climb to the top of Highline went quick. I had a tailwind on the way up. I zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood and then back to Highline for the return. Descending off OTR was fun. I had a nice taiwind on the way down. I pushed over Mariposa and then to the top of the Weston dig where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. The morale was good going into the ride. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some mild hand soreness was all. Perhaps a hint of sit bone tenderness. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. I have to get a new band for the headlight as it shows signs of breakage. Other notes, no cyclists today.
