Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today weather was in the low 60's. I wore 1 base layer, knees and arms. The wind was from the south. My legs felt good from the start, but of course the wind was helping me. I made it to the top of the descent in about 8 minutes. The descent itself was a real treat. It almost required minimal pedaling. When I reached the bottom of the loop, I got into a tuck and I think I reached 42MPH+. That was real fun! When I reached the base, I did my usual stuff. Set the camera mode to time lapse and check my smartphone for status of the charity app (which was recording the metrics properly). I decided to remove my knee warmers and stopped at the Chavez center entrance. I also reseated the rear wheel as it was making some noises. Doing that seemed to clear up the problem. For the most part, I climbed at moderate tempo. No heroics, especially from the head-wind. My concentration was good, some minor lapses here and there but I was able to coach my way around the crazies. Physically, I felt comfortable and had no problems maintaining my tempo. Ailments were close to none, maybe some minor right knee soreness. Balance was good, I was on top of the pedals for each leg. Gear is working well, no faults there. Other notes: The cadence sensor failed to acquire a signal with my bike computer. When I reached the top of the descent, I checked the computer, forced it to search for wireless devices. At that point, the cadence sensor was detected. The Livetrack app worked great today, no problems there.
