Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The legs were a bit heavy today. A few days back, I was thinking about today's route. I didn't want to do a Watopia climb, yet. Innsbruck had just the right type of climb I was looking for. The loop that I road had a sufficient flat precursor. I think I was on the trainer for about 7 or 8 minutes before the climb started. When it did, I was real conservative. Less than 2.5 W/kg for the first 10 minutes. Then I stepped it up. The last third was mostly 2.5 - 3.5 W/kg. By this time, the body was feeling more responsive. Although, I was holding back, purposely. I finished the climb in just under 30 mins. From there, it was mostly downhill. I kept going till I reached 45 minutes. I was about 1 minutes into the second lap when I commenced the cooldown phase. At the moment, I feel ok. A bit tired. Part sleepy and part fatigue. Definitely going to get up early and do Willow Springs n Back, tomorrow. More of a recovery ride, before the next double.
