Today was the first day for me to get out after having a knee problem in the past ~4 days. Fortunately, it was a rideable day. Clear skies, but very cold. I wore arms, knees, skull cap, face mask, long finger gloves, 2 x socks. I think I should have worn leg warmers as my shins were a bit stricken from the cold wind. Overall I felt good. My knee didn't bother me much. I tried to keep my tempo modest. I stepped up the tempo for the 1 mile climb up Highline. I felt good, and knee didn't hurt. Concentration was good. Mostly focusing on maintaining an effort that would not agitate my knee. Ailments, as mentioned. Balance was good, especially considering my condition. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, donkey was at the OTR field, but I didn't stop to pet it. There was also a photographic moment that I skipped just as I made the left turn onto WTR near Tom Sawyer lake.
