Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was nice and cool, but comfortable. The winds were from the south. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I made it to the top of the descent in under 8 minutes. My legs felt good from the start. I cruised the downhill and kept my momentum going by getting out of the saddle where there were rises. There was a slow truck ahead of me from the start of the descent. I stopped 2 times and let him get a nice gap ahead of me. I figured, why ride slow and ruin my moving average when I could stop and pick up where I left off at a higher speed. Nevertheless, I made the bottom in above average time. I felt good in the first mile on the ascent. I removed my knee warmers at the Chavez monument. From that point on, it was steady tempo and out of the saddle to stretch the body and keep the momentum. There were no digs today. Ailments were next to none, some soreness in the right knee that went away in a minute or two. Concentration was good for the most part, virtually no gremlins. I was in the zone for most of the ride. Balance was good. I like the new position, hands on the center of the bar top. This was possible by moving my headlight underneath the handle bars. Gear is working well. No problems to report. Other notes, I wanted to get navigation working on my GPS, but I haven't figured out which menu the feature is in.
