Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I did a real quick rehab ride for the body. I have a sore right knee, saddle soreness and I threw out my back while making my futon! So, I was full of pains, suffice it to say. The weather was cool, around 50 degrees and less. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I brought my skull cap, but didn't use it. I ended up going up OTR, past route 202 and to the top of Highline. My saddle soreness subsided when I reached route 202. The rest of my body was in check, but I didn't want to chance it by pushing hard. I took it real easy. Out of the saddle a lot to stretch the body. Concentration was good. Ailments, already said. In addition, I had some left quad pains. Balance was good. Gear was good, but my Live Tracking app stopped after 8 minutes into the ride. I tried restarting it, but it stopped again somewhere there after. The tracking app was stopped when I got back.
Correction. The second time I started the LIve Tracking app, it recorded the ride to the end. I think I hit the "save" button after I finished the ride, thereby making it look like it stopped prior.
