Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was cooler than the previous ride. Somewhere in the low 50's with winds from the north. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. I felt pretty good from the start. I cruised it to the top of the descent, set my gopro to 4k mode and headed downhill. Mostly soft pedaling to the bottom. I changed camera modes when I reached the base and started the climb shortly after. I started modest and then picked up the pace to moderate to high. The wind was on my back, so it felt like I had an extra pair of legs. I kept the pace nice and steady. I was out of the saddle a lot to keep the momentum going. My concentration was good for the most part, I did have some lapses though. Fortunately, I was able to hold it together. Negligible gremlins, also. Balance felt good and on top of the pedals. Ailments, I think some minor quad soreness in the left leg. Maybe some numbness in my right hand. Gear is working great! The tranny is real smooth. The bike is whisper quiet now, after having serviced it a few days ago. Other notes, I saw two cyclists today. One going up the mountain as I was climbing and the other as I was past 1/2 way up the climb. The first guy looked to be towing a small trailer. He had casual clothes. The other guy looked like me. I'm going to receive a new laptop today that's capable of 4k display. I took some 4k footage today. I can't wait to see what it looks like on the display.
