Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was in the 70's with turbulent wind. I wore 1 light base layer. My legs were sore coming out the door. It took a while for them to get warmed up. Well after reaching Highline. I had a head-wind fore most of the out-going leg. I was counting on the tail-wind. As I approached the turn-around point (about 1 mile), the wind shifted directions. I had a headwind for the majority of the return trip. It was more of a cross-head wind. I did steady tempo going out and back, no heroics, just a bit of a push over the top as I was coming back. My concentration was real good today, no gremlins (thank goodness). Form and balance was good for the most part. The first half hour was a little dodgey with form. Being that one leg was more sore than the other. After the turn-around point, they were sufficiently warmed up and I was able to dial in the form much better. Ailments consisted of some quad soreness in the first half of the ride. Slight numbness in the right hand. Gear is working well. The Di2 ceased to work just after the first riser on OTR. Turns out that I didn't seat the battery all the way into its harness. After putting it back in, the Di2 started to work and had no problems for the remainder of the ride. Other notes, I started the timer about half a mile after the start of the ride.
