Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up early, had breakfast, took a nap. Got up, had second breakfast and took another nap. I didn't feel like riding. But, I convinced myself to get out. I decided to go to the Alpine Forest. There's supposed to be a restriction on people traveling. Supposedly, only to the essentials. I didn't see anyone enforcing that law. I wore the full winter kit. Expecting it to be cold. I got it right on the money. I felt perfectly comfortable. I like the leg warmers better than the knee warmers. I felt good today. The wind was in my favor on the way out. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The wind reversed directions, somewhere after OTR. Banducci went well, some traffic mitigation. I headed up the Alpine forest. Starting modest. Reaching near limit over the summit. Then though the back-side. Mostly fun and games after reaching the top. I headed to the top of Banducci and took a few moments rest. I checked the GoPro battery. It was at 34%. I calculated that it would be sufficient to make it back home. I was right on the money. It ran out just as I reached the doorstep. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. I was happy to get out, instead of riding in-doors. Gear worked great. Balance and form was good. Ailments, none. Nutrition, I drank most of my Gatorade. Had I extended the ride down to CV, I would have had to feed. Other notes, I saw one cyclist and a few runners as I was making my way around the Alpine Forest.
