Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. It's raining. I took the day off yesterday to catch up on some stuff I needed to get done. When I tried to logon to Zwift, it wouldn't let me. It gave an error message about the internet being down. So, I was going to hop on RGT. I got suited up and then back to where the trainer was. I tried Zwift once more, and it worked. So, I chose the Watopia Montain Loop. The legs felt fresh from the start. I forgot to start the video capture, by about 3 minutes. A bit upset about that, but could have been worse. I got warmed up quick. Sufficiently, by the time I reached the base of the climb. I kept the tempo steady. Never red-lining it much. Out of the saddle most of the time. In the saddle to wipe sweat and drink. The miles went quick. There were many riders around me, so that was a welcome distraction. I kept an eye on the elapsed time every now and again. Just repeating to myself how many more minutes remained and that I was feeling good. I arrived at the tunnel, more or less at the time I anticipated. Then the quick undulations. I place for recovery, sweat removal, and hydration. I kept the tempo steady. No serious digs over the top. I think I finished top 30. I did the radio tower bonus climb. Again, steady tempo. Around 3 to 3.5 W/kg. From there it was back to town. I put in a good effort through the sprint zone. After which, I made it back to the start / finish. I commenced the cooldown and that lasted about 5 minutes. I stopped at 20 miles into the ride. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none. Some quad soreness. Gear worked great. But the front wheel riser block slid out after nearing the last 5 miles or so. I had to re-seat it under the wheel after it dislodged. Will likely need a modification. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. Drank about 1/4 of my Gatorade, minimal water. Other notes, there were over 5000 riders at the start of my ride.
Other ntoes, the HR sensor wasn't responding till about 10 to 15 minutes into the ride. Some lost metrics there.
