Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It continues to rain. Great day for an In-door session. I overslept a bit, so somewhat late on the trainer. My wireless keyboard stopped working, so I had to use my wired keyboard. The legs felt a bit heavy to start. By the time I reached the start of the first climb, I was feeling better. I wanted to do a negative split. So, I was holding back, just a bit. The climb went quick, as it normally does. I was out of the saddle most of the time. Sitting down to hydrate and wipe sweat. I arrived at the summit over a minute of my PB. I headed back to town. Putting a good dig through the tunnel riser. I kept it in my Big-Big, over the top. I made it to the start/finish well under 30 minutes. The second lap felt better. I was sweating and warmed up. The second time up Box Hill felt better. I was in a bigger gear. Doing between 3 and 4 W/kg, most of the way up. Out of the saddle most of the time. I posted a negative split on the summit. I headed back to town, and another dig through the tunnel riser. I reached the start/finish with another negative split. I think I got top 12 on the Hilly Loop. I wasn't expecting that. As I was climbing, I was keeping an eye on my wattage and HR. I noticed that my W/hr diminished as I was putting in a good effort climbing up Box Hill. Will make a note of that. Concentration was good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great. Nutrition felt good. No hunger pains. I drank about 1/2 my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, there were about 2800 riders at the start of the ride.
