Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't sure where to go today. The weather was predicted to get into the upper 80's. I decided that Keene would be the best ride, for the moment. I'm going to save SS for when it gets cooler, on the weekend. The ride went well. Prior to the ride, I moved the saddle about 1/4 forward. When I got out, I had to adjust the saddle height. From there, it was mostly non-stop to Keene. I made it to the summit in good time. The descent was enjoyable. I put in two good digs over the risers. When I reached the base, I pulled over to check the GoPro battery. From there it was to the summit, no more stopping. It was getting hot, but it was nowhere near scorching. I had a tailwind at this point. As always, I focused on the landmarks. In the meantime, I was studying the new position on the bike. It felt good. It allowed my hips to open up a bit more. And perhaps a bit more leverage, too. I was pushing a bit more than usual today. I think it was the temperature. I was pushing 150 BPM on the more difficult sections of the ride. In the meantime I was listening to the music, and guessing where I'd be when the song ended. Concentration was good. Ailments, some left hand numbness. Shaking it off, mitigated that problem. Yesterday, my right knee was sore. I didn't feel soreness on today's ride. Or, if it was, I didn't notice it much. Balance and form was good. I think the forward position feels a bit better when in the hooks. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition is good. No hunger pains. I had about 3/4 of my Gatorade and some water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
