Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Weather is great. In the upper 60's. Winds from the North West. I decided to head up the Alpine Forest, then to the Banducci Summit. They put a new bike path that starts at Highline and Tucker. So, I decided to head out to Highline for about 5 miles and then come back to Tucker, where the new bike path is. The legs felt pretty good to start. I adjusted the saddle height by about 1/2 inch or so. I botched the camera footage, because I forgot to restart the video after pulling over to adjust the saddle. At least, I got the last hour in. OTR went quick. Doing good average time. I was red-lining it up the Banducci wall. The wind was in my favor. I was happy to get onto Arosa, less traffic, and I was able to go at my own pace. The minutes went quick. I was maxed, when I reached Lemans. I headed up to the Banducci summit. Took a few moments rest. That's when I noticed I forgot to restart the video. I restarted it, at that very moment. The battery had over 80% charge remaining. It lasted the remainder of the ride. I took an internet speed reading on my smartphone. It registered 10 mbps (down), and 5 mbps (up). From there, I headed back down the mountain and onto Highline. I wanted to put in a 30 mile ride. So, I calculated that if I ride for 5 miles on Highline, that I'd add another 2 miles on the new bike path. Giving me about 30 miles, total. That's exactly what I did. At exactly 5 miles down Highline, I turned around and headed back. I made my way to the new bike path. I was expecting it to be a direct route to somewhere near Walmart. There were a few twists and turns. And there was a tunnel that went under a street. Eventually, it did end up at the backside of the Walmart center. From there, I headed back. At the beginning of the bike path, there was a fork, one going left, and the other right. I took the left path. Will have to investigate the right path, next time. After getting back onto Highline, I headed up the risers and then back to Banducci. From there, it was mostly fun and games from OTR back to home. Concentration was good. I was a bit iffy, in some parts. But I held it together. Balance and form was good. I like the new saddle position when riding in the drops. More adjustments to be made. Ailments, next to none. Other than exhaustion. Gear worked great. Nutrition was good. I went through my bottle of Gatorade and some water. No hunger pains, but the appetite was growing. Other notes, I saw 4 cyclists.
