Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't sure where I wanted to go today. I definitely wanted to go to the Alpine Forest. After that I wasn't sure. I decided to add WS and back, to the ride. The legs felt good from the start. The let knee has since returned back to normal. I think I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci wall was mostly high tempo. In the red over the top and mitigating traffic. I was more relaxed when I got to the Alpine Forest. I tried to keep the HR under 155. I was near max, at the top. I made my way around and then onto Banducci, to the summit. I took a few moments rest and then headed back down. Descending the Banducci wall was a treat. Reaching 42 MPH, in the tuck. I headed out on Highline after that. While I was making my way up the climb, I was thinking about where I wanted to go. (I was undecided at this time). So, I figured I'd head out about 2 miles past Tucker, come back and add the Walmar bike path. After I was about 1.5 miles down the road, I noticed that the wind was mild. So, I decided to go all the way to WS and back. As I was making my way back, I was tempted to add the Walmart bike path. But, as I was getting nearer, I noticed that I was running low on provisions. So, I headed back from there. Just before the bike path entrance, I pulled over to replace the GoPro battery. I made my way up the Highline mile climb. Mostly out of the saddle. From there, it was the last hill to get onto Banducci and OTR. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. Balance and form was ok. Some favoring of the left side. Ailments, next to none. Some mild quad soreness from fatigue. Gear worked great, but I botched the video. Instead of continuing the video, when I replaced the battery, it went into photo capture mode. Not sure why. I was so upset when I got back. So, half the video is a sequence of photos. Will likely make a time lapse video. Nutrition was good. I was a bit low on fluids. No hunger pains. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
Update: I just checked the SD card that I used for today's videos. There are only videos, and no photos. Must have pressed a button that led me to believe I took photos and not videos, on the last half of the ride.
