Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

My left knee is still sore. At least the weather was perfect for a bike ride. I put in a rehab ride. I tried to stay on a route with minimal steep sections. OTR was as steep as it got. I decided to make a big loop. After OTR, I made my way up Highline. I had a tailwind. I was having to put a lot of my weight forward and allow my upper body to relieve pressure from my legs. Otherwise, I was dominating with my right leg when it started to hurt. I made my way onto the new bike path. (Will have to think of a better name for it). I cruised my way through and exited on Walmart. From there, I made my way back onto Red Apple, and to Westwood. I pulled over at the local park to check the GoPro battery. It had 38% charge remaining. No need to swap batteries. I got back on the road and completed the ride. Concentration was good. I was able to remain patient and not let my ego get in the way. Balance and form doesn't count, today. Ailments, of course, the left knee. The right knee started to complain when I went near full right dominant. Adjusting my weight to my upper body, while out of the saddle helped. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was perfect. No hunger pains. I went through about 1/2 my sport drink. Some water, too. Other notes, I saw one or two cyclists. There were pedestrians on the extra bike path. All of which were courteous.
