Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's my birthday, a mars rover is landing, the weather is sunny (and cold). Perfect for a quick ride up the Alpine Forest. I wore the entire kit today. I comfortable for the entire ride. My right thigh soreness has dissipated. The wind was from the South East. So, I had a tailwind going up OTR, Banducci wall, and up through the Alpine Forest. Not much else to mention. The legs felt good. The morale was good. The miles went fast. I was able to climb Banducci and the Alpine forest without red-lining it. The wind gave me a third lung. I took a few moments rest when I reached the Banducci summit. I let some traffic by and then headed back down. Half way through the Banducci plateau, I pulled over to take some photos of the local bulls. They had huge horns and appeared to be friendly. I kept my distance and took some photos. I'm not sure if It showed up on the video. I was kicking myself in the pants for not pointing the GoPro towards them. Will have to see. Concentration was good. The morale was high. Balance and form was good. Gear worked ok, but the chain got thrown into the spokes for some reason. Perhaps I have to adjust the limiting screw. Ailments, some hand soreness while climbing the Alpine Forest while out of the saddle. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. Probably went through 1/4 of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, no other cyclists out there today.
