Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up early today and decided to go out for a ride immediately after breakfast. The weather is warm. It was already in the 80's when I got out. Winds were turbulent, but mostly from the North West. I decided to head out to WS and then climb Banducci. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I headed out to WS, keeping the tempo steady up the mile climb. The trip to WS was mostly moderate. After reaching the turn-around point, I headed back without stopping. About half way on the return from WS, I noticed my left shin was a bit sore. I tried massaging it very gently and stretching by unclipping from the pedals. It seemed to keep it under control. At the moment, it feels a bit tight. I made my way to Banducci and climbed the wall. Some traffic mitigation here and there. The HR was around 150-ish over the top. Then the remainder of the climb. Doing no less than moderate tempo. I made it to the summit and took a few moments rest. I checked the GoPro battery. It was at 1% remaining. The GPS showed that I had ridden for 1.5 hours. I swapped the battery and let the traffic go by before descending the mountain. Descending off the Banducci Wall was fun. The wind was minimal, so it was very safe. From there it was to OTR and mostly fun and games from there. Concentration was very good. A few lapses here and there. But mostly in the zone. I had some stuff to think about, the music was great and the morale was on the positive side. Balance and form felt good. Although, I am not sure why the left shin was complaining. Will have to take a look at the cleats. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, some left hand numbness while out of the saddle for extended periods. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade and half my water. Other notes, I think I saw two or three cyclists today.
