Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I'm continuing to stack in the doubles now. Keene seemed like a good place to go today. The weather is comfortable. I felt average today. The legs were a bit heavy to start. I made it to the top of the descent in average time. I cruised the downhill. I put in two modest digs on the risers. After reaching the base, I checked the GoPro camera's battery. It was holding steady at around 88%. Shortly after, I headed back up the mountain. I kept the tempo moderate for most of the ascent. I was out of the saddle a lot. I was saving some matches for later. I was a bit impatient, so I was having to keep my mind distracted. Some self coaching and listening to the music. After reaching the summit, I headed back down to the mail box lockers. Once there, I refilled my Gatorade and headed back on the road. I made my way up OTR. No better than average time. I was able to climb the Banducci Wall without having to red-line it much. The Alpine Forest climb went quick. I held moderate to good tempo most of the way up. I was near maximum, but still had some matches left when I reached Lemans. I made my way around the backside and then to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest when I got there. I checked the GoPro battery. It was still at around 88%. The battery bank was doing what it was supposed to. From there, I headed back down the mountain. Practicing my tuck on the Banducci Wall. The wind was turbulent, so I had to sit up before reaching maximum velocity. Once I made it back to OTR it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. A bit impatient, but otherwise reasonably focused. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand soreness. My right knee was complaining on the last half of the ride. It never escalated. Gear worked perfect. I tried on of my new shorts today. It's very conforming on the body. It should hold me over for a while. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had about 1 bottle of Gatorade and some water. I decided not to feed today. Will likely feed on the next big ride. Other notes, I saw just one cyclist today as I was descending down to Keene.
