Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was able to get out early today. The weather is warm, but there's some clouds. Winds from the North West. I decided to do a moderate recovery ride. The Walmart bike path seemed to be a good idea. The legs felt ok to start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit of OTR. I didn't bother to check my time, but I checked the GoPro and the battery was at 100%, connected to a battery bank. I made my way up the Highline climb, recovered on the downhill and then onto the Walmart bike path. There were a few pedestrians, but safe otherwise. After making it back, I headed back west on Highline to Banducci. The Banducci Wall went as usual. I was able to keep it under the red-line. The remainder of the climb was mostly moderate tempo. After reaching the summit, I pulled over and took a few moments rest. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. Descending off the Banducci Wall was fun, but I had to let up a bit as there was some on-coming traffic. After making it back to OTR, I was able to relax and it was mostly fun and games from there. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about, the morale was good and the music kept me company. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was spot good. No signs of hunger. I had about half my Gatorade. Other notes, I saw a few cyclists out there.
