Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I scaled back today's ride in preparation for Sunday's big ride. I made the right choice because looks like it's going to start raining. It was in the 40's, so I had to add some layers, including my jacket. I'm glad I did, because it didn't warm up much. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. I wasn't pushing the pace. quite the opposite. I made my way up the Banducci Wall. There was some traffic mitigation along the way. More or less the same to the summit. Mostly moderate tempo and watching my 6. After reaching the summit, I pulled over to take a breather. The GoPro battery was holding its charge. This ride was somewhat a preview to determine the condition of my GI. I had some mild soreness that never escalated. But, it was noticeable enough to make notes. After descending down Banducci, I was able to relax and enjoy the remainder of the ride. In terms of "Go no Go" standpoint, it's looking increasingly possible to do the Spooktacular ride. Pending the results from this weekend's ride. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. The morale felt good. It was a short ride, so the stress was far more manageable. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, next to none, other than a very mild soreness in the GI. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was spot on. I had some Gatorade and water. Other notes, there were about 5 or 6 cyclists out there today, to my surprise.
