Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is a bit windy, from the North West. The temperature in the low 60's. I wore arms, knees and a head cap. The legs felt good, not great. Tough to tell when as I was riding into the wind at the start of the ride. The morale felt good. I had stuff to think about. The music was comforting. I reached the end of OTR without checking my time. I would guess that it was average. I decided to remove my head cap for the next climb. I made my way up the Banducci Wall. There was a headwind, so I was using my lowest gears. The Alpine Forest climb went fast. I had a slight cross tailwind. That boosted my morale. I made it to Lemans within my limits. Going around the backside was more of the same. I was able to relax and finish that part of the ride without the need to red-line it. I exited the Alpine Forest and went to the summit of Banducci. I put my headcap back on for the descent back to OTR. The descent was relaxing. I had a tailwind making my way back to the base. After reaching OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. Few lapses, the morale felt good. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. I'm liking the new shorts. They are very conforming. Ailments were minimal. Some minor hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I had about half my Gatorade and a bit of water. Other notes, I'm thinking about doing the CW Caliente ride. I'm undecided and will likely happen in the first week of November, after the ERCP. I saw one cyclist today.
