Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

My back is a bit sore. Fortunately, it was not a hinderance for this ride. I decided on Keene. I think I got it right. The weather is nice and cool. In the 50's. I wore arms, knees and a head cap. I didn't bother to check the time when I reached the top of the descent. I'm wanting to say that it was a good average time. The descent was mostly relaxing. There was a car ahead that was going real slow. So, I was coasting most of the way down. I put in two digs on the risers. After making it to the base, I headed back. I decided to keep all my layers on. The legs felt good. My back was not hurting, even while out of the saddle. The landmarks went fast. I was doing my best to stay focused in the moment and not so much what was remaining in the ride. The music helped. I kept a steady tempo. No heroics. I was able to guess my location based on the music. It helped. I was able to keep the power down as I crested the summit. From there, it was mostly recovery till I made it back home. Concentration was good. Few lapses. The morale was on the up side. I had stuff to think about, too.
Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness during extended out of the saddle efforts. Gear worked perfect. Although, I think there is a slight knock in the headset. Will have to inspect it before the next ride. Nutrition was good. I had more than half my Gatorade. I think I took a few sips of water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
