This is the first ride since my ERCP from last Wednesday. The weather is cool, in the mid 50's. I wore arms, knees and a head cap. I ended up removing the head cap till I made it to the summit of OTR. I could tell right from the beginning that my body is still recovering. I can feel what feels like agitation in the wind pipes. Likely due to the slight abrasion from the tubes inserted during the ERCP procedure. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. Somewhat surprising. I took it easy. Below 135 BPM. After reaching the summit, I put the skull cap back on and headed back home. Concentration was a bit on the better side. Still frustrated that I can't ride like normal. It will take another 3 to 4 rides till I feel like normal. (just guessing). Ailments, the sensation of agitation in the wind-pipes and a bit in the abdomen. Balance and form was pretty good. Gear worked perfect. Nutrtition, I drank less than 25% of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists, but there were some runners.
