Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another cool day today. Winds from the North West. Temperature in the mid 60's. I wore the standard kit with 1 base layer. It was a good day to go to Keene. I felt pretty good out the door. I was warmed up by the time I reached the top of the descent. I soft pedaled most of the way down to Keene. After reaching the base, I turned around and started the climb. I did mostly moderate tempo. As usual, I put some effort into the steeper sections. I pushed it a bit on the Loop monument, staying in the saddle as much as I could. I got out of the saddle on the last 200 yards or so. The remainder of the ascent was done in moderate tempo. I was well within my limits today. The weather helped a lot. Concentration was much better today. I was concentrated on the ride, reminding myself of good form. I had some other stuff on my mind, so I was kind of juggling between those two focal purposes. Balance and form felt good today, I was on top of the pedals and I felt good symmetry between both legs. Ailments were minimal, still saddle soreness, but it has subsided a bit since the previous ride. Gear is working well. The creaking noises persist, but I think it's from the cable or housing on the rear brake against the frame. I'll put a dab of grease before the next ride. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist and about 6 to 8 people on the loop monument.
