Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The temperature is on the cool side. Some overcast. I decided to go to the Walmart Bike path today. The legs were a bit heavy to start but warmed up within the first few miles. I wore arms, knees and a thick base layer. I arrived at the summit of OTR in good time. I removed my knee warmers while there. From there it was onto Highline. The wind was mild and going to the East. Nothing much to tell. I kept the tempo moderate on the way out. Mostly relaxing on the way out on the Walmart bike path. The return trip on Highline was the most difficult, given that there was a headwind at that point in the ride. The temperature was cooling off. My head was getting a bit cold, but didn't escalate. After I made it back to OTR, I was able to relax and enjoy the downhill. After Mariposa, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had stuff to to think about. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was good. Towards the last 5 miles of the ride, I was feeling a bit light headed. I was wondering if it was the temperature or lack of energy. Perhaps a bit of both. I was considering feeding when I reached OTR on the return, but decided to ride it out. I felt fine when I got home. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
