Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

it's Christmas. The weather has let up. I wanted to put in another ride on the trainer to see how the body feels. I decided on a quick ride through the jungle in Watopia. Turned out to be the perfect ride. A few hundred feet of climbing, a bit less than 10 miles. It took me just over 30 minutes to complete. The legs and body felt pretty good. The right knee still has a hint of soreness. After warming up for the first 7 to 10 minutes, I was able to put more power into the pedals. I was pushing 150 BPM for the last half of the ride. I was within my limits. I didn't feel like I was red-lining it. My knees were complaining before my cardio. After finishing the lap (getting 3rd place along the way). I cooled off till my HR went back to 112 BPM. I got out what I wanted. Concentration was good. Morale feels pretty good today. I'm well rested and fed. Balance and form was good. I felt better today since I didn't have to mitigate knee soreness. IE, favor one leg over the other. (At least not by much). Gear worked good. The rear derailleur stopped working when I switched to the big ring. Reseating the cable fixed that problem. I didn't have issues after that. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. Ailments. Some hints of right knee soreness when pushing it. It never escalated. Other notes, there were about 3k riders, if I remember correctly.
