Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another great day! Weather is nice and cool. Winds from the East. A good day to go to the Alpine Forest. The legs felt average to start. I pulled over 3 times to adjust the saddle height. I think I have it dialed in, but the seat post seems to be slipping every now and again. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time and sufficiently warmed up by then. There was traffic on the opposite side of the road going up Banducci and some traffic mitigation from behind. After making it to Alps, all was better. I had stuff to think about , so the miles went fast. Before I knew it, I was at the summit of Alps. I didn't bother checking my HR. Or, if I did, I wasn't in the red. I made my way around the backside. I think I reached 44 MPH on one of the downhills. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to recover. I checked the GoPro camera. It was at 50%. From there, I let the traffic by and headed down the mountain. Not much else to say, other than the downhill was relaxing. After making it to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. I was eager to get the ride done. Balance and form was good. It felt better after adjusting the saddle height a few times. Gear held up good. Ailments were minimal. Some soreness in the right knee that didn't esacalate. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had two plain waffles before departing. I drank most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists. I forgot to bring my smartphone. Good thing I didn't lose it!
