Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It feels like Spring. In the low 70's. Mild winds from the East. I just had an ERCP procedure on Wednesday. This is the first ride since then. I feel good in terms of the anesthesia wearing off. The legs didn't feel super, but good after having gone through a medical procedure the other day. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the end of OTR. I made it there in good average time. I made my way out on Highline. Doing moderate tempo up the mile climb. I descended off Highline and to the Walmart Bike Path. It was mostly relaxing and downhill most of the way. After reaching the turn-around, I headed back, no stopping. I kept the tempo steady. No red-lining. A few efforts over the mini-risers. I made my way to Highline and up the mile climb. With a nice tailwind, the climbing went fast. From there was the descent and the riser leading back to OTR. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good, not great. A bit squirrely at times. I was glad to get this ride under the belt. Balance and form was good. I like the increased saddle height. The legs seem to agree. Gear worked great. Ailments, minimal. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today and a few walkers on the Walmart Bike Path.
