Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went on a solo ride in the early morning. The whole purpose of this ride was to see how my body reacts when it hasn't had the normal amounts of meds that I usually take. I made a mistake yesterday by taking the night meds in the morning. As a consequence, my sleeping cycle got all messed up. I could hardly stay awake for about 6 hours after I realized I took the wrong meds. So, I ate as much as I could to counter act the feeling of exhaustion and hunger. So, then came today. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I realized that I hadn't taken meds in the normal period of hours. ie, Night and Morning. So, I realized that my body should react differently if I go immediately. I went for my ride, and as usual in the first mile, I can tell how my body is going to behave. I felt mediocre. It was mostly in the mind, in the form of feeling awkward. Otherwise, I my body was responding like any other day, perhaps a little less. Ailments, none really, interesting that I had minimal numbness in the right hand. Lower back is feeling good. Concentration was ok, but I had that feeling that I just wanted to get the ride under my belt ASAP. Balance was good. I want to keep practicing my out of the saddle technique while in the hooks. GPS is working well, as is GoPro.
