Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

(recalling) Went riding with Roger in the early afternoon. The weather was warm with the wind coming from the North. Today was pretty much a kick back day. No heroics, just easy tempo. Ailments, none. Concentation, so so. Balance, pretty good. I've come to terms with balance on Banducci, after the wall. I just can't maintain a balance out of the saddle, while riding on the off-camber parts of the climb. The best I can do is lean into it. GPS is working great, no problems there. Gopro is working well, it shut off after about 2:05 hours. Today (Thursday), I took off my cranks and found that there was a piece of plastic on the non-drive side, that was sticking out of the inside of the bottom bracket. Friday, I'm going to see if the creaking has gone away. In any case, I'm going to take it appart to see what the piece of plastic is. I have the tool to take the bottom bracket appart. And I hope, it's a replaceable part.
