Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was warmer. About low to mid 70's. Mild winds from the north west. I felt good from the start. The wind was mild today, so I was able to reach the top of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill, going faster than usual, again, due to the mild wind conditions. Once I reached the base, I turned around with no stoppage. My legs were responding well for the first 5 minutes, so I know I was going to be good for the remainder of the ride. I kept the tempo set to good. Burning my matches on the steep sections. No real digs, just a strong tempo all together. After reaching the loop monument, I kept the tempo strong. I recovered on the brief downhill and kept the tempo set to good. There were a few moments where I dropped the tempo to moderate so that I could recuperate. I kept the tempo high in the last mile. I didn't take any breaks, so today's ride was all moving time, except for the start of the ride when I had to adjust my Walkman. Concentration was spot on. Almost no gremlins. I was in the zone for the majority of the ride. Ailments consisted of my right wrist soreness (continues to persist for over a week), right wrist numbness, some lower back soreness, but better than the previous ride. My hips were mildly sore. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working great. I put some oil on the chain. Will likely give it a cleaning this weekend as I missed it the past Sunday. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist today.
My weight is at 145 lbs (before the ride).
