Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another snowy day. Another day for Rouvy. I chose the New Zealand Narnia route. I had no clue what it was going to be like, other than it was over 18 miles with about 1800 feet of elevation gain. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Something not too difficult but enough climbing to get the juices flowing. It felt somewhat like Caliente. Mostly straight roads with undulating gradients. The gradients were long enough to settle into a tempo. It took about 5 miles for the legs to get warmed up. I forgot to add bots and I realized it after the first mile. I was reluctant to restart the ride, so I just went solo. There was another cyclist that joined the map after about 9 miles into the ride. I was able to stay within my limits. No red-lining it. I felt good. The miles went fast. I was juggling my attention between the view of the video and the metrics. Seemed to pass the time by faster. Nothing much else to say, other than it was exactly what I wanted to do today. Concentration was good. Minimal losses in focus. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were next to none. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had about half my Gatorade and a few sips of water. Gear worked perfect. I brought my Garmin GPS for comparison. They were within 10 to 15 watts difference at any given moment.
