We had quite a storm through the night. I was the only rider today because of waking up to the thunderstorm plus bad backs and other aches and sorenesses. 13 miles from camp I saw this sign to Joplin, where Tim & Carol live, so I pulled over to take this picture and send it to her. Then I moved on toward the Kansas border and she texted to say I was only 20 minutes away and see if I could spend the night. Reminds me of wild and crazy high school days! I had everything I needed in my packs and really wanted to see them again, so they picked me up and we have had such a wonderful time! I get to see Carol‘s parents at church in the morning, then she & Tim will return me to the KS border, and I will ride from there and meet the others at camp for the night. This has been so special!!💕 Just on the Missouri side of the border, four big white fluffy dogs came bounding out between the slats of their gate, barking at me but not vicious. Still, they stopped me. Then a pick up pulled behind me and started honking at them so I could go and they could go. Three other vehicles were stopped coming the other direction. When I turned around and looked, now there were six big white fluffy dogs and four little white fluffy puppies, all surrounding me or running toward me and totally blocking the highway! it was the funniest thing and I wish I had taken a picture! I decided not to because of the cars we were blocking, but I wish I had! Sarah, the ladybug picture is for you.💕 I am unsure about Wi-Fi tomorrow night once again. Hope I will be able to update you.
