Back to mountain time zone today, right within Idaho! It was a wonderful ride day, a cold morning then gorgeous weather and a fun route. The scenery is beautiful and after an initial climb we had 8 miles of 7% downgrade. So fun. In Riggins, I tried to look up some old friends from Idaho YWAM, but they are no longer here. It was still a sweet town, and fun to see where they were for years. I went to the City Hall/library for Wi-Fi, and the librarian knows the original directors who still live there even though the base moved 10 years ago, she gave me their name and phone number and told me the wife has a broken leg. Only in a small town!💕 I called and left a message, then moved on. We are camping at Zims Hot Springs. Jen, the lady who runs it with her husband, cooked us the most amazing dinner and opened the Hot Springs for an hour even though this is her day to be closed and cleaning the pools. It was amazing the way she treated us. Well it’s 9 PM for me but 10 PM for this part of Idaho, but only just now getting dark. All that crazy stuff is such fun to experience. Bike ran well, and another day where I could’ve gone 10 or 15 miles further because it was just so nice. Sleep tight! (I actually never have understood that expression🤔) ♥️terri
