Perfect day for a Keene n Back Ride with company. The legs felt sluggish to start. I didn't bother checking the elapsed time at the summit of the descent. The downhill was mostly relaxing to the base. No super sprints up the risers. We took some photos near the Loop Monument. There was a train on the Loop when we got there. After that, Peggy turned around, I headed to the base. I had incentive to head back up the climb in good time. I started moderate until I reached the Loop Monument. The legs were feeling better and I was able to step up the tempo. After the second dip, I was able to hold a higher tempo. I increased the intensity till I reached the summit. From there, it was mostly relaxing till I made it back home. Concentration was pretty good. The morale felt better with company. Balance and form was good. Perhaps I need to raise the saddle a bit. Nutrition was good. I had about half my Gatorade, no water. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist and motorist suggested that something was on the ground, perhaps dropped by Peggy. I found it and it was just a small cup.
