Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wanted to do a recovery ride, so the Walmart Bike Path seemed to fit the bill. The weather is cool. In the mid 60's, winds from the North West. I made a change to my tire pressure. I reduced the pressure by about 10 lbs. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. When I arrived at Banducci, I noticed that they repaved Highline. They put the same tarmac. So, it's rough pavement. They kept the bike path as is. It is now smooth with a layer of tar sealant. The tire pressure difference was noticeable. The bike seemed to glide over the bumps better. The bike path was relaxing for the most part. The return trip was mostly into the headwind. I made it back to OTR and was able to cruise the downhill. I shut it down after making it back to Weston. Concentration was average. Ailments, next to none. Gear felt better after adjusting the tire pressure. Nutrition was good. Balance and form was good. Other notes, no other cyclists out there today.
