Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had an eye exam today at 10:30 AM. When I got home, I was thinking of going for a ride. The motivation wasn't there, so I decided to have a snack and see how I felt after. I decided to ride Keene n back. I was also thinking about tomorrow as I have a bunch of stuff to do. My left hip was a bit sore as I was making my way to the top of the descent. The power meter wasn't pairing with the Garmin, so I went without those metrics. After about 10 minutes into the descent, the hip felt much better. I was thinking about lowering the saddle, but decided against it. I inflated the tires to about 90 PSI. The ride was more supple than higher pressure. I put in two digs over the risers. After reaching the base, I checked the power meter with the smartphone, but it didn't register. The return felt good. I was having chest soreness around 10 minutes into the ascent. I moved the HR strap a bit lower and that did the trick. The landmarks went fast, the morale was good. I kept good tempo going to the summit and keeping the momentum going, no red-lining or heroics. I did good time, 1:05 hours to the summit. The descent to Weston felt good. I shut it down when I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. This time of the day usually has more gremlins out there. Balance and form was good. Gear worked well. The Di2 rear derailleur needs adjusting and the power meter needs to be jump started. Nutrition was good, no hunger signs. I drank half my Gatorade. No water. Ailments, the left hip being sore for the first 15 minutes. Other notes, there were people at the Loop monument while I was descending. There was a train going up and down.
