Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I did a quick Buffalo Run ride today. I had lab in the morning and another appointment later today. The legs felt a bit sluggish. Understandable as I just did a big ride two days ago. The weather is nice. Around 80 degrees. Cool winds from the North West. Nothing much to say. I did good average time to the summit of OTR. I put in a good effort to the summit of Highline. From there, I made my way around the houses near Adelante, then headed back on Highline. Once I made it back to OTR it was mostly fun and games. I shut it down after I made it to the top of Weston. Concentration was so so. A bit impatient today. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had about half my Gatorade, no water. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Ailments were minimal. Other notes, No cyclists today. I'm planning on doing a Caliente ride. But not for sure when. Window of opportunity is around Wed - Sat of next week. After that, it's the Spooktacular ride. All of this if health permits.
