Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today was the first ride since the Spooktacular ride this past weekend. The legs felt better than anticipated. The right calf has gone almost back to normal. The weather has cooled down, into the 60's. I wore arms, knees and a thick base layer. I was perfectly comfortable. I reached the summit of OTR in average time. The climb to the summit of Banducci felt good. The body responded well. I had a tailwind, so that helped too. From there, I made a loop around the neighborhood and got back to Highline. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I shut it down as soon as I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about, and the morale was good. Gear worked perfect. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, I had most of my Gatorade and no water. Ailments were minimal. Just a hint of right calf soreness that never escalated nor detracted. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
