Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The legs were a bit sore when I got up in the morning. Interesting that they felt rather lively when I got out for today's ride. It's in the 50's. Winds from the North West. I did a Buffalo Run as a recovery ride from the weekend. Overall, the body felt responsive. Not much else to tell. The morale felt good. Concentration was good. Minimal gremlins. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was good. I went through about 2 thirds of my Gatorade. No water. Ailments were next to none. Other notes, no other cyclists today. I went to Action Sports over the weekend to check out some bikes. I found the one I liked. First impressions were good. Will have to decided between a 52 and 54 cm frame. That, and saving up for jt.
