Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another indoor workout today. I did the London Loop. I did two laps + cool down. My back felt real good today. I was able to put full power into the pedals, out of the saddle. I started by soft-pedaling for about 10 minutes. Gradually increasing in intensity. By the time I reached Fox Hill, I was good to go. I kept the tempo steady, getting out of the saddle frequently. Sometimes accelerating and then recover for a few moments, rinse and repeat. I think it took just over 10 minutes to reach the summit. I love that steep kicker about 4 or 5 minutes from the summit. That's where I practice full power into the pedals. I was putting over 500 watts, peak. I put in a second lap. I think I was about 2 minutes faster than the first. After that, I cooled down for about 5 minutes. Concentration was good, few lapses, but a bit of noisiness causing a bit of distraction. Form / balance felt good. Although I think I need to level the trainer, I think it's a degree or two off to the side. Ailments were next to none. My lower back is responding well. I recon I'll go for an outdoor ride when the weather clears up. Other notes, I signed up a subscription with Zwift today.
