Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was my out-door first ride of the year. My back has since recovered enough to ride comfortably and able to put the power into the pedals. I decided to go to Willow Springs. The weather was cool. Upper 40's, mild winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit w/ 1 base layer, arms knees. I felt good going out the door. My legs felt responsive. I made it to Route 202 in good time. The cool air helped. I cruised my way to WS and turned around sparing no time. The wind was modest, so the return trip was fast. I continued to feel good. My concentration was good. Some lapses. I think I just have to get my out-door riding mind where it should be. Ailments consisted of the on-going lower back soreness, but to the extent that I could barely feel it. It wasn't a hindrance in today's ride. Form felt good. Gear is working well. Other notes, I saw about 3 or 4 cyclists today.
