Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I originally planned on going to SS, but decided to go to Keene due to time constraints. I made the right decision because the wind was prevailing from the South East. The weather was in the mid 50's. I wore the standard kit w/ arm warmers. I flew up WTR. Making it to the summit in about 7 minutes. I cruised the downhill. I had partial tailwind. It got cold towards the bottom. I was still within my comfort limits. After reaching the bottom, I headed back. The wind was now a modest tailwind. Once out of the guantlet, the wind reversed and was the case for the remainder of the ride. Considering I haven't been out in a while, I felt pretty good. I was able to hold good tempo to the Loop Monument. From there, it was mostly steady, good tempo. My body responded well and I made it to the summit within myself. Concentration was good. No lapses for the most part. Balance and form felt good. Ailments consisted of some mild upper quad soreness in the left leg. It was present before the start of the ride and has been lingering for the past few days. My lower back has healed well, but will likely take another week to cure. Gear is working great. Other notes, there were about 20 people at the Loop Monument today. No other cyclists to be seen.
