It’s getting warmer, but still good for riding. I went with Peggy to the Alpine Forest. It’s in the 80’s, winds from the North West. The body felt good from the start. I was practicing form more than anything as I was having to wait every now and again. It was a good test of patience. I made it to the summit of OTR in about 26 minutes, so pretty good for doing less than moderate tempo and in the heat. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, but wasn't too bad. The Alpine Forest was mostly moderate tempo, continuing patience and form . We regrouped at the top of Arosa and then made our way around the backside. Then, to the summit of Banducci. We took a few moments rest and took some selfies. After that, we headed back down the mountain. I was mostly fun and games from there and non-stop to home. Concentration was good. The patience felt good. Some, hints of gremlins today. Balance and form was good. Gear held up great. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, I drank most of my Gatorade and some water. Ailments were minimal. Some hand numbness while out of the saddle. Other notes, there was a cyclist on her way up as I was waiting for Peggy.
